Launching a brand new winery in an established region is a big undertaking. How do you get the world excited about your story when the winery is still a work in progress? We were happy to tackle this problem with Lightfoot & Wolfville Wines – and we ended up showcasing their beautiful location with an award winning website.

Attention to detail

We helped Lightfoot & Wolfville’s premium brand come to life online using a one-page, fluid, slide scrolling website that guides audiences through the Lightfoot & Wolfville story. Their biodynamic practice inspired an interactive, “living” website, including pulsing elements to indicate image captions, location coordinates, an audio message, and an expanding wine fact card. With special attention to website development, we created a logo-explosion effect that highlights the logo’s elements, each representing different aspects of Lightfoot & Wolfville’s heritage.

Compelling content

We interviewed the Lightfoot & Wolfville team to distill their romantic story and create compelling content that made audiences lean in. Since we launched the website in 2014, we’ve also added pages for wines, a press kit, and a blog.

Marketing materials

Once the website launched, we continued to work with Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards to become an extension of their in-house marketing team – helping a with a huge range services from press kit development, blogging, photography, e-mail marketing, and print design.

The most stunning printwork so far is likely the marketing materials we designed for bridal trade shows to help Lightfoot & Wolfville book weddings in what is sure to be one of the most sought after venues in the Annapolis Valley.
